Mindfulness & Yoga Retreat Day

Do you find that you are always too busy? Are you often feeling tired and distracted? Is life passing you by too quickly? Do you struggle to enjoy the present moment – always worrying about the past or the future? Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed or anxious by the demands and pace of modern life?

Matt Barker, Yoga Instructor and I have joined forces to offer you a re-energising Yoga & Mindfulness Day Retreat.

The Day Retreat will enable you to de-stress & relax, to make space to reflect and to reconnect with your mind and body through the powerful combination of Yoga and mindfulness meditation.

You will enjoy a mixture of Yoga movement, Thai massage, gain an understanding of mindfulness, enjoy guided meditations, increasing gratitude, positivity and focus and enjoy finding space to de-clutter your mind, rejuvenate and restore your energy levels. You will enjoy rest, replenishment, renewal and inspiration. By working with both mind and body you will feel totally well-balanced.

We will take you for a healthy and delicious lunch at the Little Kitchen Bistro in Kingsworthy.

The day is open to anyone over the age of 18 and you don’t have to have any previous knowledge of Yoga or mindfulness to enjoy it.

So if you are looking for a simple way to be able to press the pause button and find calm in a chaotic world, then the combination of Yoga and mindfulness on this day retreat could be just the tonic for you!

Spaces are limited to 8 people on the day to ensure a personal and engaging experience.

Mind/Body Workshop

I have joined forces with Debbie Gray, local fitness instructor to  run a 2 hour Stretch and Relax workshop to bring body and mind together in harmony.

The workshop allows you to stretch your body then open your mind so you can experience a wonderful sense of balance and harmony. The stretch session is aimed at beginners so don’t worry if you’re not a regular exerciser! But we add more challenging poses for those that want it!

Great for all – men, women, older teenagers – no previous experience needed.

The hypnotherapy session promotes relaxation and positive thinking- whether it’s for general relaxation and de-stressing or to help with specific goals e.g weight loss, stopping smoking, overcoming anxiety, boosting confidence, etc. Suitable for everyone, this session will involve deep relaxation, visualisation and positive suggestions leaving you feeling uplifted and motivated.

You will leave the workshop feeling physically and mentally calm and relaxed and ready to tackle the future with more positivity! Great for the office team or group of friends who want to try something fun and different!

 

Hypnobirthing Workshops

I run group hypnobirthing workshops in Winchester for mums-to be plus their birth partner. These fun and informative 2-part workshops will teach you self-hypnosis, relaxation, breathing, pain management and visualisation methods and enable you to feel fully prepared in both your mind and body for a calm and confident birth experience. A chance to meet other expectant parents as well!
